- Service Lot & Breezeway maintenance and upkeep

Job Title: APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Description:
- Answering incoming service appointment telephone calls and walk-ins
- Following up on missed appointments and reminder calls
- Tracking parts on order for service
- Taking care of our service rentals
- 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday

Description: APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN to join the Koch Automotive Group to perform light mechanical repairs to cars and trucks, as well as performing regular maintenance of customer and fleet vehicles.
Requirements: Successful candidate should have:
- Basic hand tools & tool box
- Able to read and understand service manuals and procedures
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Clean driving record
- Willing to update Ford Training & Apprenticeship
- knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds computer system an asset.
